Custom Branding means a voice recording heard by Pin Holders using the Service identifying CUSTOMER's name or advertising message.

  • Rates for Custom Branding, Operator Call Process and Directory Assistance are set forth in Attachment 11.

  • In the event Birch deploys Custom Branding via OLNS software in one region and subsequently deploys Custom Branding via OLNS software in other regions and if Birch requires no change to the recording of Birch's name, the only applicable charges associated with such future deployment of Custom Branding via OLNS software, will be from the DRAM or front end loading, per TOPS switch charge for Directory Assistance.

  • Agent may provide one or more Custom Branding messages to be heard by End-Users using the Services.

  • Should Birch utilize Custom Branding via OLNS software for Directory Assistance, the DRAM or front-end loading, per TOPS switch charge will apply, in addition to the Professional recording of name rate element.

  • In addition to the charges for Unbranding and Custom Branding via OLNS software, Birch shall continue to pay BellSouth all applicable charges for the use of BellSouth's Directory Assistance and Operator Call Processing platforms as set forth in Exhibit C to this Attachment.

  • Orders for Unbranding or Custom Branding via OLNS software shall be completed in approximately 60 days from BellSouth's receipt of Birch's complete, error-free order.

  • Upon Birch's purchase of Unbranding or Custom Branding using OLNS software for any particular TOPS, all Birch end users served by that TOPS will receive the Unbranded "no announcement" or the Custom Branded announcement.

  • When utilizing this method of Unbranding or Custom Branding, Birch shall not be required to purchase dedicated trunking.

Related to Custom Branding

  • Branding means trademarks, service marks, domain names, logos, links, navigation and other indicators of origin.

  • Advertiser means a company that (i) advertises its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements; and/or (ii) interacts with Consumers on its Digital Properties or through its Ads in relation to its brands, products, and/or services.

  • Reseller means an entity authorized by Microsoft to resell Licenses under this program and engaged by an Enrolled Affiliate to provide pre- and post-transaction assistance related to this agreement;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Brand Features means the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of each party, respectively, as secured by such party from time to time.

  • Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Brand Name Drug means a Prescription Drug that has been given a name by a manufacturer or distributor to distinguish it as produced or sold by a specific manufacturer or distributor and may be used and protected by a trademark.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • FIS means free into store delivery, which requires the Supplier to pay all costs and be responsible for all requirements associated with the supply and delivery of Goods to the Company at the delivery site described in the Order, including all costs associated with transport, insurances, licences, authorisations, duties and taxes.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Brand name or “trade name” means a brand name or a trade name, whether registered or not, that is to say, a name or a mark, such as symbol, monogram, logo, label, signature, or invented word or writing which is used in relation to such specified services for the purpose of indicating, or so as to indicate a connection in the course of trade between such specified services and some person using such name or mark with or without any indication of the identity of that person;

  • Trade Dress means the print, style, font, color, graphics, labels, packaging and other elements of trade dress (including Bottle Designs or other Container designs) that are (a) used on or in connection with Products as of the date hereof (including the Bottle Designs as of the date hereof for Corona, Negra Modelo and Modelo Especial), or (b) permitted pursuant to this Agreement after the date hereof to be used in connection with the marketing, merchandising, promotion, advertisement, licensing, distribution and sale of Products in the Territory.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer.

  • Brand means the brand name set forth in the Addendum.

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).
