Custom er means the contractual partner who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data

Custom er means any person or author ized representative of that person who utilized or is utilizing any service of a financial institution, or for whom a financial institution is acting or has acted as a fiduciary, in relation to an account maintained in the person’s name. “ Custom er” does not include corporations or partnerships comprised of more than five persons.
