Custom Order definition

Custom Order means an order for a Product with special properties and parameters different from those of the standard Products offered by the Manufacturer;
Custom Order means a food order prepared in a specific manner in response to an individualcustomer’s request, which requires the covered establishment to deviate from its usual preparation of a standard menu item.
Custom Order means an Order for Products that are specifically designed and custom-made according to the specifications, finish and dimensions of the Customer;

More Definitions of Custom Order

Custom Order is an order for Services that requests customization to specifications outside the scope of a Standard Order. Such customization includes, but is not limited to: changes to physical hardware, including upgrades and downgrades, installation of custom software, requests for specific version of operating systems, firewall setup and installation, setup and installation of load balancing, custom network configurations, dedicated switches, any custom managed solution, compliance and others. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this MSA, the definition of “Custom Order” also applies to any order that is large enough or complex enough to require, in MaxRecall’s sole discretion, a dedicated project manager to be assigned to it.
Custom Order means any Order Type made available on the Platform from time to time that includes additional features or parameters compared to a Market Order or a Limit Order or that embeds an element of conditionality in the placing of Orders, including OCO Orders, Stop Limit Orders and Trailing Stop Orders. End of the Taker Phase has the meaning given to that term in clause 5.5.

Related to Custom Order

  • Customer Order means, with respect to a Participant or Authorized Trader, an Order or Request for Quote that has been provided to such Participant or Authorized Trader, as applicable, by or on behalf of a Customer.

  • Instructional material means instructional content that is provided to a student, regardless of its format, including printed or representational materials, audio-visual materials, and materials in electronic or digital formats (such as materials accessible through the Internet). The term does not include academic tests or academic assessments.

  • Job order contracting means a project delivery method in which:

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Prescription drug order means an original or new order from a practitioner for drugs, drug-related devices or treatment for a human or animal, including orders issued through collaborative care agreements. Lawful prescriptions result from a valid practitioner-patient relationship, are intended to address a legitimate medical need, and fall within the prescribing practitioner's scope of professional practice;

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Submitted Order has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(d)(i) below.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Custom Calling Features means a set of Telecommunications Service features available to residential and single-line business customers including call-waiting, call-forwarding and three-party calling.

  • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • Firm Order shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
