Customarily Redacted definition

Customarily Redacted means, with respect to any fee letter related to the Financing including the Fee Letter (as defined in the Commitment Letter), the fee amounts, pricing terms, pricing caps, “market flex” and other economic terms or commercially sensitive information being redacted in a customary manner.
Customarily Redacted means, with respect to any Debt Fee Letter, solely the fee amounts, pricing terms, pricing caps and other economic and expense terms being redacted in a customary manner, none of which (a) impose or permit the imposition of any additional conditions precedent, or otherwise amend, modify or expand or permit the modification of any existing conditions precedent, in each case, to the funding of the full amount of the Debt Financing or (b) could reasonably be expected to reduce the aggregate amount of the Debt Financing available to Purchaser at the Closing below the amount required to fund the Required Amount or to delay, impede or prevent the Closing.
Customarily Redacted means, with respect to any fee letter or engagements relating to the Debt Financing, the fee amounts, pricing terms, pricing caps, flex terms and other economic terms being redacted in a customary manner, none of which redactions covers any Prohibited Provision.
