Customer and Purchaser definition

Customer and Purchaser means the party placing the Order with or purchasing Products from the Company.

  • These ToU and any STC and are deemed incorporated by reference into an agreement between the Customer and Purchaser ("Customer Contract") pursuant to which the Purchaser is reselling the Services to the Customer and apply separately of any end user license agreement between ABB and Customer ("▇▇▇▇").

  • Customer and Purchaser, as applicable, will be entitled to extend the Term and the applicable Work Order for a period of up to six (6) months (“Transition Extension Period”) upon written notice to Contractor in order to effect the orderly transition of the applicable Services in whole or in part.
