Customer Bank definition

Customer Bank means the bank in which the Customer holds an account and from which payments will be made to the Client through Auto Debit on the Customer’s Instructions.
Customer Bank means a registered bank that provides banking and other financial services to Customers, including a mobile banking application and/or internet banking and that has entered into an agreement with Paymark to participate in Online EFTPOS.

  • Upon request by Customer, Bank shall identify the name, address and principal place of business of any Subcustodian and the name and address of the governmental agency or other regulatory authority that supervises or regulates such Subcustodian.

  • Customer also confirms that, if Bank is acting as Customer’s Foreign Custody Manager and has delivered an Adverse Notification to Customer, Bank, as Foreign Custody Manager, shall have no further responsibility under this Agreement in relation to Customer’s Foreign Assets held under any custody arrangement covered by such Adverse Notification following the Adverse Notification.

  • Upon reasonable request of Customer, Bank shall provide Customer with a copy of Bank’s reports prepared in compliance with the requirements of Statement of Auditing Standards No. 70 issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as it may be amended from time to time (commonly referred to as a “SAS 70 report”).

  • Upon reasonable request by Customer, Bank shall also provide to Customer customary sub-certifications in connection with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act of 2002 certification requirements.

  • As between Bank and the applicable Customer, Bank may, but will not be obliged to, enter into each foreign exchange contract so instructed as agent on behalf of the Customer with a third party (each a “Counterparty”), and Bank is authorized, in its discretion, either to disclose or not disclose the identity of the Customer to the Counterparty.

  • In the event that Bank, in its sole discretion, provides an overdraft to Customer, Bank will charge interest at a rate to be determined by Bank.

Related to Customer Bank

  • Customer Affiliate means an entity that owns or controls, is owned or controlled by or is or under common control or ownership with Customer, where control is defined as the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Merchant means a company, firm or other organisation accepting either all Cards as a means of payment for goods and/or services or at least one type of Card for business to business transactions.

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates;
