Customer Computer Systems definition

Customer Computer Systems means the Customer’s computer hardware, firmware, software and communications infrastructure through and on which the Applications are to be used;
Customer Computer Systems the Customer’s computer hardware, firmware, software and communications infrastructure through and on which the Applications are to be used; “Customer Data” any data belonging to the Customer or to third parties and used by the Customer under licence which is created using the Applications or otherwise stored in the ASP Infrastructure and the phrases “Personal Data” and “Customer Personal Data” shall have the same meaning;

  • Any problems which are related to Customer Computer Systems must be resolved by the Customer’s own support staff.

  • The Service Provider may require changes such as upgrades or equipment replacement to be made to the Customer Computer Systems prior to reconnection.

  • This includes ensuring that the Customer Computer Systems are upgraded sufficiently and regularly in order to be able to display the Service provided by the Service Provider correctly.

  • The Customer accepts that it is theresponsibility ofthe Customer andnot the Supplier to ensure that the Customer Computer Systems are compatible with the Service prior to purchasing the Service.

Related to Customer Computer Systems

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Computer System means (1) computers with related peripheral components, including storage components, (2) systems and applications software, (3) terminal devices, (4) related communications networks or customer communication systems, and (5) related electronic funds transfer systems; by which data or monies are electronically collected, transmitted, processed, stored or retrieved.

  • Computer software means computer programs, source code, source code listings, object code listings, design details, algorithms, processes, flow charts, formulae, and related material that would enable the software to be reproduced, recreated, or recompiled. Computer software does not include computer databases or computer software documentation.

  • Covered Computer System means any Computer System as to which the Insured has possession, custody and control.

  • Computer Hardware means any computer hardware, equipment and peripherals of any kind and of any platform, including desktop and laptop personal computers, handheld computerized devices, servers, mid-range and mainframe computers, process control and distributed control systems, and all network and other communications and telecommunications equipment.

  • Supplier Software software which is proprietary to the Supplier (or an Affiliate of the Supplier) and which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services, including the software specified as such in Schedule 5 (Software);

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.
