Customer Deliverables definition

Customer Deliverables means (a) the products that the Corporation (i) currently manufactures, markets, sells or licenses or (ii) currently plans to manufacture, market, sell or license in the future and (b) the services that the Corporation (i) currently provides or (ii) currently plans to provide in the future.
Customer Deliverables means the services that the Company (i) currently provides, or (ii) has provided within the previous five years.
Customer Deliverables means the [*] and any other material and documents to be provided by CUSTOMER to BI as listed in detail in Appendix 1.

More Definitions of Customer Deliverables

Customer Deliverables means deliverables that are provided by Mendix as part of Professional Services that: (i) constitute Customer Data, or a modification, translation, abridgment or adaptation of Customer Data, or (ii) are expressly identified as being owned by You in the applicable Order Form or SOW, The term “Customer Deliverable(s)” does not include Content.
Customer Deliverables means the services and materials (if any) to be provided by the Customer to enable Riskex to perform its obligations hereunder and as may be varied from time to time during theAgreement by agreement between the Customer and Riskex;

Customer Deliverables means (a) the products (including software and documentation) that the Company or any Subsidiary currently distributes, markets, sells, provides (including on an ASP basis) or licenses to its users or customers, or has distributed, marketed, sold, provided (including on an ASP basis) or licensed within the previous five years to its users or customers; and (b) the services that the Company or any Subsidiary currently provides or has provided within the previous five years to its users or customers.
