Customer Deliverables definition

Customer Deliverables means (A) the products that the Company (1) currently manufactures, markets, sells or licenses or (2) currently plans to manufacture, market, sell or license in the future and (B) the services that the Company (1) currently provides or (2) currently plans to provide in the future.

Customer Deliverables means (a) the products that the Corporation (i) currently manufactures, markets, sells or licenses or (ii) currently plans to manufacture, market, sell or license in the future and (b) the services that the Corporation (i) currently provides or (ii) currently plans to provide in the future.

Customer Deliverables means the services that the Company (i) currently provides, or (ii) has provided within the previous five years.

• Except as described in Section 2.13(d) of the Disclosure Schedule, neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has agreed to indemnify any person or entity against any infringement, violation or misappropriation of any Intellectual Property rights with respect to any Customer Deliverables.

More Definitions of Customer Deliverables

Customer Deliverables means (a) the products that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries currently produces, markets, sells or licenses and (b) the services that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries currently provides.
