Customer Deliverables means the services that the Business (a) currently provides, or (b) has provided within the previous three (3) years, or (c) currently plans to provide in the future.

Customer Deliverables means (a) products that the Company or any Subsidiary (i) currently manufactures, markets, sells or licenses or (ii) has manufactured, marketed, sold or licensed within the previous three years and (b) the services that the Company or any Subsidiary (i) currently provides or (ii) has provided within the previous three years.

The Customer shall also provide such test data and end user testing resources as are reasonably required to test and verify the accurate working of the Services being implemented all as set out in Schedule 3 (Customer Deliverables);

Customer Deliverables means the products that any Acquired Company currently, markets, sells, designs, prints, installs, distributes, delivers and services, or licenses or provides.
