Customer Enrollment Form definition

Customer Enrollment Form means the Entrust online or written nSaaS Direct enrollment form signed and completed by Customer and confirmed by Entrust.
Customer Enrollment Form means the standard offer agreement between Seller and any Participating Facility ***, which enables the Participating Facility’s participation in the Program, the form of which is attached as Appendix L and whose terms and conditions are at the sole discretion of Seller***
Customer Enrollment Form means the Entrust online or written KCaaS enrollment form signed and completed by Customer and confirmed by Entrust.

  • Under this Agreement, Customer’s price per kilowatt hour (“kWh”) during the Initial Term will be fixed as specified in the TPV, Customer Enrollment Form, or Electronic Application and confirmed in your Contract Summary.

  • These Terms of Service, together with the Third-Party Verification (“TPV”), Customer Enrollment Form, or Electronic Application, and your Contract Summary, constitute the agreement between Starion and the customer (“you” or “Customer”) by which ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to sell and supply electricity to Customer, and Customer agrees to purchase and receive electricity from Starion, pursuant to the terms set forth herein (the “Agreement”).

  • Initial Term: Your Initial Term under this Agreement will be as indicated in your TPV, Customer Enrollment Form, or Electronic Application and confirmed in your Contract Summary.

  • These Terms of Service (“TOS”), together with the Third-Party Verification (“TPV”) and Written Contract Summary or Customer Enrollment Form, constitute the agreement between Starion and the customer (“you” or “Customer”), whereby Starion agrees to sell and supply natural gas service to the Customer, and the Customer agrees to purchase of and accepts natural gas service from Starion (the “Agreement”).

  • The Customer Enrollment Form shall be (i) signed by Customer prior to Entrust commencing any activities relating to Customer’s nSaaS Direct deployment; and (ii) completed by Customer (no later than thirty (30) days following signing) and confirmed by Entrust as further detailed in the Customer Enrollment Form.

  • The rescission period begins on one of the following dates, as applicable: (i) when the customer signs the Customer Enrollment Form; (ii) or when the Customer transmits its Electronic Application of the Agreement electronically; or (iii) when the Customer receives these Terms of Service and the Contract Summary, if received by mail.

  • New customers may receive a one-time introductory rate as indicated in your TPV and/or Customer Enrollment Form.
