Customer Funds definition

Customer Funds means any investments in client or customer assets identified in the books and records of the Borrower and its subsidiaries whether held in trust accounts or otherwise pursuant to investment policies established by the Borrower and its subsidiaries from time to time.
Customer Funds means cash added to the Membership Card by the Member via a Gaming Machine or a cashier;
