Customer Funds definition

Customer Funds means any investments in client or customer assets identified in the books and records of the Borrower and its subsidiaries whether held in trust accounts or otherwise pursuant to investment policies established by the Borrower and its subsidiaries from time to time.
Customer Funds means the balance of funds held by Bank on behalf of a Customer.

Examples of Customer Funds in a sentence

  • A Bank-owned, Bank-controlled Program Account shall be set up for Bank’s receipt of Customer Funds that have been deposited to Accounts in order to hold the Customer balances (the “SDA Account”).

More Definitions of Customer Funds
