Customer Guidance. “Alternative Fee Arrangements” “Legal Specialism” “Award Support Tool” means the award of a Call-Off Contract by the award procedure set out at paragraph 2 (Direct Award Procedure) of Panel Agreement Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure), as the same may be amended or updated from time to time in accordance with this Panel Agreement means the written document that is made available to the customer to assist them in using the services available under the Panel Agreement means fees paid for the Panel Services that are not based on the hourly, daily or monthly billable rates means the particular area (s) of law covered under the lot as detailed in schedule 2 of the Panel Agreement means the tool provided by the Authority to assist Customers in selecting a shortlist of Suppliers who are able to provide the Panel Services within a given geographical location
