Customer Impact Assessment definition

Customer Impact Assessment means a study conducted by a Transmitter to assess the impact of the connection of the Facility on the transmission customers in the area and a Local Distribution System, if applicable.
Customer Impact Assessment means a customer impact assessment performed by Hydro One’s transmission business pursuant to the requirements of the Transmission System Code issued by the OEB, as it may be amended, revised or replaced in whole or in part from time to time, for or in respect of the Proposed Project.
Customer Impact Assessment means, if the Control Equipment includes a generator, a study conducted by a Transmitter to assess the impact of the connection of the generator to a Load on the transmission customers in the area.
