Customer Laws definition

Customer Laws means all applicable laws, rules, regulations, mandatory guidelines and codes which, in the case of the Customer and its Affiliates, impose legal or regulatory requirements on a recipient of the Services or any extension, amendment or re-enactment of such an act that may come about from time to time; for the avoidance of doubt including Modern Slavery Xxx 0000 (where applicable);
Customer Laws has the meaning set forth in Section 20.01.
Customer Laws means all applicable laws, rules, regulations, mandatory guidelines and codes which, in the case of the Customer and its Affiliates, impose legal or regulatory requirements on a recipient of the Services or any extension, amendment or re-enactment of such an act that may come about from time to time;

Examples of Customer Laws in a sentence

  • Supplier shall not be responsible for a failure to comply with Customer Laws to the extent that Supplier relies on, and complies with, such instructions in accordance with Section 20.02.

  • If Supplier Party is notified that an audit identifies that Customer is not in compliance with applicable Customer Laws, Supplier shall comply with Customer’s directions to remedy such noncompliance (and shall implement such directions as Non-Chargeable Changes, to the extent applicable, otherwise Customer shall pay for the implementation of such directions pursuant to the Change Control Procedures and the issue escalation procedures set forth in Article 5 of Exhibit 9).

  • With respect to changes in Customer Laws, the Parties will discuss modifications to the Services, if any, necessary to comply with such changes.

  • Supplier shall provide the Services to Customer in compliance with, and shall cause all Service Locations, Supplier Software, Developed Supplier Software and Supplier Hardware used to provide the Services to comply with (1) all Supplier Laws and (2) Customer's directions with respect to Customer Laws and any Laws that apply to Customer's clients.

  • Customer Party shall direct Supplier in writing on the method of compliance with Customer Laws and Laws that apply to Customer's clients, and Supplier shall comply with all such directions (which Customer directions shall be implemented as Non-Chargeable Changes, to the extent applicable, otherwise Customer shall pay for the implementation of such Customer directions in accordance with the Change Control Procedures and the issue escalation procedures set forth in Article 5 of Exhibit 9).

  • If Supplier is not in compliance with any Supplier Operational Law (or any Customer instruction previously given with respect to Customer Laws or Laws that apply to Customer's clients), then Supplier shall, at Supplier's own cost and expense, immediately undertake such measures which are necessary to comply with such Supplier Operational Law or Customer instruction, as applicable.

  • Customer shall comply with all Laws to the extent applicable to Customer (collectively, the "Customer Laws").

  • Customer shall be responsible, with Tenfold’s cooperation and assistance, for interpreting Customer Laws or changes in Customer Laws and for identifying the impact of such Customer Laws or changes in Customer Laws on Customer’s use of the Tenfold Services.

  • Interest rate under the Loan Agreement - Remuneration paid by the Borrower for use of the amount of Interest rate under the Assignment Agreement - Predetermined remuneration defined in the Assignment KYC- Know Your Customer Laws and regulations - Laws and regulations of the same jurisdiction where ROBOCASH is registered.

  • Rear Window can in no way be held liable for non-compliance with Local Customer Laws.

Related to Customer Laws

  • Export Laws means all applicable import, export control and sanctions laws, including without limitation, the laws of the United States, the EU, and Germany.

  • Privacy Laws means the Act; and the Information Privacy Principles set out in the Act or any "code of practice" approved under the Act that applies to any of the parties to this Contract.

  • Anti-Corruption Laws means all laws, rules, and regulations of any jurisdiction applicable to the Borrower or its Subsidiaries from time to time concerning or relating to bribery, money laundering or corruption.

  • Labor laws means the following labor laws and E.O.s:

  • Data Privacy Laws means any state or national law or regulation protecting the privacy, confidentiality, or security of Personal Information.

  • Applicable Data Protection Laws means all national, international and local laws, regulations and rules by any government, agency or authority relating to data protection and privacy which are applicable to CPA Global or the Customer, including but not limited to The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), (GDPR);

  • UK Data Protection Laws means the Data Protection Xxx 0000 (incorporating the UK GDPR) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, and the laws implementing or supplementing them;

  • EU Data Protection Laws means EU Directive 95/46/EC, as transposed into domestic legislation of each Member State and as amended, replaced or superseded from time to time, including by the GDPR and laws implementing or supplementing the GDPR;
