Customer or Consumer definition

Customer or Consumer means any individual, partnership, association, firm, public or private corporation or government agency, or any other user receiving sewer service. In the case of a tenant or landlord, the property owner is considered the customer or consumer.

Customer or Consumer means the person, company or any other body that purchases or agrees to purchase Goods as a Consumer Trade Customer.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stage of the construction of the vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit which is the subject of the approval process.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports).
