The Parties agree that the Agreement confers benefits on Customer Parent, and accordingly, Customer Parent is intended by the Parties to be, and shall be, a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement with the right to enforce its terms and conditions directly against GS on behalf of itself or the Company.
