Customer Records refers to all applications, expirations, records, and other written or electronic information relating to any and all policies written by or applications accepted on behalf of Citizens pursuant to this Agreement and possessed or maintained by or on behalf of Agent.
Customer Records means any material, regardless of the physical form, on which personal information is recorded or preserved by any means, including, but not limited to, written or spoken words, graphically depicted, printed, or electromagnetically transmitted that are provided by an individual in this state to a covered entity for the purpose of purchasing or leasing a product or obtaining a service.
Customer Records collectively means books, records, contracts and accounts relating to the payments due GitLab under this Agreement.
