Customer Data definition

Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
Customer Data means the data, information or material provided, inputted, processed or submitted by you (or by Users on your behalf) into the Software.
Customer Data means: the data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, including any Customer’s Confidential Information, and which: are supplied to the Supplier by or on behalf of the Customer; or the Supplier is required to generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Call Off Contract; or any Personal Data for which the Customer is the Data Controller;

Examples of Customer Data in a sentence

  • In the event this Agreement is terminated (other than by reason of your breach), eMaint will make available to you a file of the Customer Data within 30 days of termination if you so request at the time of termination.

  • In the event this Agreement is terminated, Invoice Cloud will make available to Xxxxxx a file of the Customer Data within 30 days of termination of this Agreement (or at a later time if required by applicable law), if Xxxxxx so requests at the time of termination.

  • Invoice Cloud shall use commercially reasonable measures with respect to Customer Data to the extent that it retains such, in the operation of the Service; provided that the Xxxxxx shall maintain immediately accessible backups of the Customer Data.

  • Xxxxxx, not Invoice Cloud, shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, and reliability of, and obtaining the intellectual property rights to use and process all Customer Data.

  • Invoice Xxxxx agrees that it may be furnished with or otherwise have access to Customer Data that the Xxxxxx’x customers considers being confidential.


More Definitions of Customer Data

Customer Data means all electronic data submitted by or on behalf of Customer to the Service.
Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information from Users. Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Prime Contractor, Customer or Customer’s Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Prime Contractor or Customer derives from its use and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data does not include any component of the Cloud Services, Services, or SAP Materials. Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
Customer Data means information, data, and content, in any form or medium, collected, downloaded, or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Customer, an Authorized User or end-users by or through the Solutions, provided the data is not personally identifiable and not identifiable to Customer.
Customer Data means all data, including all text, sound, software, image or video files that are provided to Microsoft or its Affiliates by, or on behalf of, Customer and its Affiliates through use of Online Services.
Customer Data means all electronic data and information submitted, entered, or otherwise provided by or for Customer or any User to the Services or collected and processed by or for Customer or any User using the Services, excluding Content.
