Customer Reports definition

Customer Reports means written summaries, reports, analyses, and findings or other information or documentation prepared uniquely and exclusively for Customer in connection with the Services and as specified in a Service Order, not including MDR Reports.
Customer Reports means reports created by Customer containing External Content ex- tracted from the ABB Services which has been summarized, aggregated, or otherwise altered by Customer.
Customer Reports means internal reports created by the Customer using portions of the Data generated through search queries in the Subscription Services.

Examples of Customer Reports in a sentence

  • If an Indemnified Claim under this Section 8.1 occurs, or if Secureworks determines that an Indemnified Claim is likely to occur, Secureworks shall, at its option: (A) obtain a right for Customer to continue using such Products, Services or Customer Reports; (B) modify such Products, Services or Customer Reports to make them non-infringing; or (C) replace such Products, Services or Customer Reports with a non-infringing equivalent.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Secureworks shall have no obligation under this Section 8.1 for any claim resulting or arising from: (A) modifications made to the Products, Services or Customer Reports that were not performed or provided by or on behalf of Secureworks; or (B) the combination, operation or use by Customer or anyone acting on Customer’s behalf, of the Products, Services or Customer Reports in connection with a third-party product or service (the combination of which causes the infringement).

  • If (A), (B) or (C) above are not reasonably available, either Party may, at its option, terminate this CRA and/or the relevant Transaction Document and Secureworks will refund to Reseller any pre-paid fees on a pro-rata basis for the allegedly infringing Products, Services or Customer Reports that have not been performed or provided.

  • The fee for chewing tobacco shall be five percent (5%) of the tobacco wholesale distributor's invoice, provided that for purposes of figuring said fee, any payments in lieu of taxes which a compact requires the tobacco wholesale distributor to pay to the State of Oklahoma shall not be deemed as part of said invoice price.

  • If an Indemnified Claim under this Section 18.1 occurs, or if Critical Start determines that an Indemnified Claim is likely to occur, Critical Start shall, at its option: (A) obtain a right for Customer to continue using such Products, Services or Customer Reports; (B) modify such Products, Services or Customer Reports to make them non-infringing; or (C) replace such Products, Services or Customer Reports with a non-infringing equivalent.

  • In addition to the ACS survey results, the Value Management process takes into consideration a range of factors e.g. Visual Appearance, Customer Reports and Maintenance History when deciding how to spend the budget.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Spyglass shall have no obligation under this Section 10.1 for any claim resulting or arising from: (A) modifications made to the Products, Services or Customer Reports that were not performed or provided by or on behalf of Spyglass; or (B) the combination, operation or use by Customer or anyone acting on Customer’s behalf, of the Products, Services or Customer Reports in connection with a third-party product or service (the combination of which causes the infringement).

  • If Critical Start determines that (A), (B) or (C) above are not reasonably available, Critical Start may, at its option, terminate this Agreement and/or the affected Service Order and refund any pre-paid fees on a pro-rata basis for the allegedly infringing Products, Services or Customer Reports that have not been performed or provided.

  • Furthermore, the Customer Reports provided by Spyglass in connection with any Compliance Services shall not be deemed to be legal opinions and may not and should not be relied upon as proof, evidence or any guarantee or assurance as to Customer’s legal or regulatory compliance.

  • Furthermore, Company makes no representations concerning, and shall not be liable for, the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, validity, or utility of any data supplied by Customer, candidates or authorized users or any incorrect Customer Reports resulting from such inaccurate or incomplete data.

Customer Reports means reports created by Customer containing External Content extracted from the ABB Services which has been summarized, aggregated, or otherwise altered by Cus- tomer.
Customer Reports means the security and vulnerability analysis and reports generated by the Services on Customer’s proprietary mobile applications that Customer or its Users upload or provide to the Services, or which are generated based on any configuration or test data Customer or its Users upload or provide.

Related to Customer Reports

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Consumer report means any written, oral or other communication of any information by a consumer reporting agency bearing on your credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living which is used or expected to be used or collected in whole or in part for the purpose of serving as a factor in establishing your eligibility for employment purposes.

  • Billing information means any data that enables any person to access a customer’s or donor’s account, such as a credit card, checking, savings, share or similar account, utility bill, mort- gage loan account, or debit card.

  • City Ledger Report means a list submitted by the Contractor indicating on a daily basis its total number of sleeping room nights rented as well as the total number for sleeping rooms removed from its available inventory or rentals, for purposes of repair.

  • Company’s Reports means (i) the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019 as filed with the SEC, including the audited financial statements contained therein; (ii) the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, as filed with the SEC, including the unaudited financial statements contained therein, and (iii) the Company’s public reports for the year ended December 31, 2019 and the period ended June 30, 2020, as filed with the FRB as required by regulations of the FRB.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Privacy Statements means, collectively, all of the Company’s and the Company Subsidiaries’ publicly posted privacy policies (including if posted on the Company’s or the Company Subsidiaries’ products and services) regarding the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, storage, maintenance, retention, deletion, disposal, modification or processing of Personal Data.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • MI Reporting Template means the form of report set out in the Annex to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information) setting out the information the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority;

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Operating Statement Analysis Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Track 2 Information means the information held on the Card, typically on the computer chip or the magnetic stripe.

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • Staffing Information in relation to all persons identified on the Supplier's Provisional Supplier Personnel List or Supplier's Final Supplier Personnel List, as the case may be, such information as the Department may reasonably request (subject to all applicable provisions of the DPA), but including in an anonymised format: (a) their ages, dates of commencement of employment or engagement, gender and place of work; (b) details of whether they are employed, self employed contractors or consultants, agency workers or otherwise; (c) the identity of the employer or relevant contracting Party; (d) their relevant contractual notice periods and any other terms relating to termination of employment, including redundancy procedures, and redundancy payments; (e) their wages, salaries, bonuses and profit sharing arrangements as applicable; (f) details of other employment-related benefits, including (without limitation) medical insurance, life assurance, pension or other retirement benefit schemes, share option schemes and company car schedules applicable to them; (g) any outstanding or potential contractual, statutory or other liabilities in respect of such individuals (including in respect of personal injury claims); (h) details of any such individuals on long term sickness absence, parental leave, maternity leave or other authorised long term absence; (i) copies of all relevant documents and materials relating to such information, including copies of relevant Agreements of employment (or relevant standard Agreements if applied generally in respect of such employees); and (j) any other “employee liability information” as such term is defined in regulation 11 of the Employment Regulations;

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Updates are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. A request to add new products at the same or better price level is an example of an update. “Amendments” are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State. A request to change a contractual term and condition is an example of an amendment.

  • Open Book Data means complete and accurate financial and non-financial information which is sufficient to enable the Authority to verify the Charges already paid or payable and Charges forecast to be paid during the Framework Period and term of any Call Off Contracts, including details and all assumptions relating to: the Supplier’s Costs broken down against each Good and/or Service and/or deliverable, including actual capital expenditure (including capital replacement costs) and the unit cost and total actual costs of all goods and/or services; operating expenditure relating to the provision of the Goods and/or Services including an analysis showing: the unit costs and quantity of Goods and any other consumables and bought-in goods and services; manpower resources broken down into the number and grade/role of all Supplier Personnel (free of any contingency) together with a list of agreed rates against each manpower grade; and a list of Costs underpinning those rates for each manpower grade, being the agreed rate less the Supplier Profit Margin; and Overheads; all interest, expenses and any other third party financing costs incurred in relation to the provision of the Services; the Supplier Profit achieved over the Framework Period and term of any Call Off Contracts and on an annual basis; confirmation that all methods of Cost apportionment and Overhead allocation are consistent with and not more onerous than such methods applied generally by the Supplier; an explanation of the type and value of risk and contingencies associated with the provision of the Goods and/or Services, including the amount of money attributed to each risk and/or contingency; and the actual Costs profile for each Service Period under any Call Off Contracts;

  • CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.

  • Line Information Data Base (LIDB) means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other network elements and provides return result, return error, and return reject responses as appropriate. Examples of information that Account Owners might store in LIDB and in their Line Records are: ABS Validation Data, Originating Line Number Screening (OLNS) data, ZIP Code data, and Calling Name Information.
