Customer Supplied Items definition

Customer Supplied Items or “CSI” means the items supplied by the Customer under a Customer Agreement and set out in a CA Memorandum;
Customer Supplied Items means any software, hardware (other than Hardware provided by NoPileups pursuant to this Agreement), network connections, connectivity and bandwidth, cameras, lighting, cabling, and other items to be provided by Customer required for successful installation, integration, or use of the Platform with Customer’s car wash operations.
Customer Supplied Items means any and all items, materials, goods, services or facilities to be supplied by the Customer to WA Custom Glass under the Contract, being required to complete the Works;

  • Ownership in all Customer Supplied Items remains with Customer or its lessors or licensors (as applicable).

  • However, any indication from Rapid Electronics of the time frame for the supply and completion of the Products is an estimate only and is based upon the Customer duly and punctually complying with its obligations under this Agreement (including providing all Customer Supplied Items and adhering to any timetable agreed by the parties or set out in the Quote).

  • Note: Customer Supplied Items (CSI) are items set out in Item 22 of the General Order Form to be supplied by the Customer under a Customer Contract.

  • The Customer must perform the obligations, and provide the Customer Supplied Items, specified in the applicable Contract.
