Customer Supplies definition

Customer Supplies means any and all tools - including CAD systems and applicable licenses -, materials including parts of equipment, documents, information or data provided by Customer. “Deliverable(s)” shall mean reports, presentations and other documentation, Hardware Deliverables and Software Deliverables that Philips has agreed to provide to Customer under or pursuant to the Agreement.
