Customer Supplies definition

Customer Supplies means any and all tools - including CAD systems and applicable licenses -, materials including parts of equipment, documents, information or data provided by Customer. “Deliverable(s)” shall mean reports, presentations and other documentation, Hardware Deliverables and Software Deliverables that Philips has agreed to provide to Customer under or pursuant to the Agreement.

Examples of Customer Supplies in a sentence

  • Seller agrees to comply with the applicable terms and conditions of any agreements (“Customer Purchase Orders”) received by, or directly or indirectly applicable to, Buyer from a third party (“Customer”), in which Buyer agrees to supply to Customer, or incorporate into goods supplied to Customer, Supplies purchased by Buyer from Seller.

  • At the request of Customer, Mimeo may purchase and store Customer Supplies for use in filling future orders for Services and Products.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Customer shall supply all of the Customer Supplies.

  • As compensation for services to be performed by Mimeo, Customer agrees to pay Mimeo at the rates set forth in Exhibit A- Custom Supplies and Warehouse Program Pricing (attached hereto) for the purchase and storage of Customer Supplies.

  • In the event Mimeo elects to purchase and store such Customer Supplies on behalf of Customer the terms of this Agreement shall apply to the purchase and storage of such Customer Supplies for the duration of this Agreement.

  • Seller shall comply with the applicable terms and conditions of any agreements (“Customer POs”) received by Buyer from Buyer’s customer (“Customer”), or directly or indirectly applicable to Buyer, under which Buyer agrees to supply to its Customer, or to incorporate into goods supplied to Customer, Supplies purchased by Buyer from Seller.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement, Mimeo will store Customer Supplies for a period of up to thirty (30) days at the stated storage charge to the Customer (which shall continue to apply until the Customer Supplies are returned to Customer or destroyed in accordance with the terms of this Section 7).
