Customization Support definition

Customization Support means Epicor’s maintenance and support offering applicable to Customizations.
Customization Support means those Customization Update and other maintenance and support services Epicor performs with respect to Customizations in accordance with its then current support policy applicable to the Software or SaaS Services product affected by the Customization and/or the region Customer is based. Customization Support may be further described in an Order therefore.
Customization Support means Cincinnati Incorporated’s maintenance and support offering applicable to Customizations.

Examples of Customization Support in a sentence

  • Customization Support is furnished subject to the terms and conditions specified in the Customization Supplement then in effect, available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/company/customer-agreements.aspx or such other website specified by Epicor.

  • If Epicor develops a Customization for use with the License, then Customer may separately subscribe to Customization Support, if available.

  • If the parties determine that Customizations will be included with the SaaS Services, then Customer must separately subscribe to Customization Support.

  • Consultancy and Customization Support Services may be requested by the Company in order to use the relevant functions.

  • The Company may demand Consultancy and Customization Support services in relation to the transition to the new version and/or revisions within the version.

  • The Consultancy and Customization Support Services shall be charged based on the prices determined in accordance with the terms and conditions specified under the Consultancy and Customization Support Services Agreement.
