Customized Technology definition

Customized Technology means any and all technology developed by Licensor in connection with this Agreement, but not including the Core Technology.
Customized Technology means any and all technology that may be developed by Company in connection with this Agreement, but not including the Core Technology.

  • Company retains all right, title and interest, including all Intellectual Property Rights and ownership rights, in and to the Core Technology, the Customized Technology, and all modifications thereto.
