Cut-through traffic definition

Cut-through traffic means traffic that passes through a given residential neighborhood that has neither an origination nor destination point in that neighborhood. Through traffic that does not have a feasible alternative route due to the roadway network is not considered cut-through traffic.

  • Pass-Through Transfer The sale or transfer of some or all of the Mortgage Loans to a trust to be formed as part of a publicly-issued and/or privately placed, rated or unrated, mortgage pass-through transaction, retaining the Company as "servicer" (with or without a master servicer) thereunder.

  • Transit Traffic MOUs means all Transit Traffic minutes of use to be billed at the Transit Traffic rate by AT&T-TSP.

  • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

  • Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement means the Pass Through Trust Agreement, dated September 25, 1997, between Owner and Pass Through Trustee, but does not include any Trust Supplement.

  • Pass Through Trust means each of the two separate grantor trusts that have been created pursuant to the Pass Through Trust Agreements to facilitate certain of the transactions contemplated by the Operative Documents.
