Cutover Plan Support Agreement definition
Cutover Plan Support Agreement means the Cutover Plan Support Agreement entered into on the date hereof, between Verizon Information Technologies LLC and the Company as such agreement may be amended from time to time.
Cutover Plan Support Agreement means the Cutover Plan Support Agreement entered into by Seller (or its Subsidiary) and Buyer as of the date hereof and attached hereto as Exhibit A.
