Examples of Cyber Event in a sentence
Notwithstanding Franchisor’s right to perform and/or control all aspects of a response to a Cyber Event, Franchisor shall make commercially reasonable efforts to coordinate its response with Franchisee and Franchisee’s insurance carrier(s) and to cooperate with Franchisee’s insurance carrier(s) regarding insurance coverage of the Cyber Event to the extent reasonably practicable under the circumstances.
Any Damage to Data of a Third Party by the Insured is not deemed to be a Cyber Event if there is not any Network Security Failure involved.
The Insured must not under any circumstances appoint its own counsel, advisor, specialist incident response provider or other provider to investigate or assist the Insured with any Claim, Business Interruption Event, Cyber Event, Data Liability Event, Media Liability Event or Network Security Event.
