Cyber Medical definition

Cyber Medical means Cyber Medical Network Ltd. , a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong. “Environmental Laws” means any Laws or any Contract with any Governmental Authority or other third party, relating to human health and safety, the environment or Hazardous Substances. “Environmental Permits” means all permits, licenses, franchises, certificates, approvals and other similar authorizations of Governmental Authorities relating to or required by Environmental Laws and affecting, or relating in any way to, the business of any Group Company as currently conducted. “Existing Shareholders’ Agreement” means the Shareholders’ Agreement dated as of April 2, 2008 by and among the Company, CICC, Carlyle and certain other shareholders of the Company, as amended by the Amendment to Shareholders’ Agreement dated as of October 8, 2008 by and among the Company, CICC, Carlyle and certain other shareholders of the Company.
