D Share definition

D Share means a participating share of no par value in the capital of the Fund which has been designated as a D share and which will not pay a dividend;
D Share means a redeemable D ordinary share of $0.016281 in the Company;
D Share means a D1 Share or a D2 Share and "D Shares" shall be construed accordingly;
