DA Price definition

DA Price means the resource specific locational marginal price (“LMP”) applied to the PNode applicable to the Project in the CAISO Day-Ahead Market.
DA Price is defined as the resource specified locational marginal pricing (“LMP”) price applied in the CAISO day ahead market.
DA Price means the clearing price of the single day-ahead coupling calculated by the single price coupling algorithm pursuant to Article 37(5) of CACM Regulation;

  • Seller shall be permitted, but not obligated, in its sole discretion to reduce deliveries of Product during any period in which (i) the DA LMP at the Facility’s PNode for such Settlement Interval or Settlement Period is less than the DA Price Floor, or (ii) the LMP for the Real-Time Market at the Facility’s PNode for such Settlement Interval or Settlement Period is less than the RT Price Floor.
