Daily Dollar Trading Volume definition

Daily Dollar Trading Volume for each Trading Day during any period, means the Volume-Weighted Average Daily Price for such Trading Day multiplied by the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock traded on such Trading Day; (ii) “Final Average Trading Price” means the Weighted Average Period Price of the Common Stock for the period of 10 Trading Days ending immediately prior to the date that is two business days prior to the Put Option Closing Date or the Warrant Share Delivery Date, as the case may be; (iii) “Trading Day” means a day during which trading in securities generally occurs on the Trading Market; (iv) “Weighted Average Period Price” of the Common Stock for any period means the quotient of (A) the sum of the Daily Dollar Trading Volume for each day during such period divided by (B) the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock traded during such period; and (v) “Volume-Weighted Average Daily Price,” on any Trading Day, means the volume-weighted average price for the Common Stock on the Trading Market, during the period beginning at 9:30:01 a.m., Eastern Time (or such other time as is the official open of trading at the Trading Market), and ending at 4:00:00 p.m., Eastern time (or such other time as is the official close of trading at the Trading Market), as reported by Bloomberg through its “Volume at Price” function (or any successor function, or if there is no such function or such successor function, then as calculated by a nationally recognized investment bank selected by the Company). The volume-weighted average price shall be rounded to the nearest whole cent.
Daily Dollar Trading Volume means the number of shares of Common Stock traded on the Trading Market on a particular Trading Day multiplied by the VWAP for such day.
Daily Dollar Trading Volume means, on any date of determination, the product of (i) the daily trading volume of the Common Stock as reported by Bloomberg on such Trading Day and (ii) the Weighted Average Price of the Common Stock on such Trading Day.

Daily Dollar Trading Volume means, on any date of determination, the product of (i) the daily trading volume of the Common Stock as reported by Bloomberg (as defined in the Warrants) on such Trading Day and (ii) the Weighted Average Price (as defined in the Warrants) of the Common Stock on such Trading Day.
Daily Dollar Trading Volume means, on any date of determination, the product of (i) the daily trading volume of the Ordinary Shares as reported by Bloomberg on such Trading Day and (ii) the Weighted Average Price of the Ordinary Shares on such Trading Day.

  • Average Daily Trading Volume means the average trading volume of the Company’s Common Stock in the ten (10) Trading Days immediately preceding the respective Put Date.

  • Trading Volume means the volume of shares of the Company's Common Stock that trade between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM, New York City Time, on any Business Day, and shall expressly exclude any shares trading during "after hours" trading.

  • Daily SOFR means the rate per annum equal to SOFR determined for any day pursuant to the definition thereof plus the SOFR Adjustment. Any change in Daily SOFR shall be effective from and including the date of such change without further notice. If the rate as so determined would be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.

  • VWAP Purchase Share Volume Maximum means a number of shares of Common Stock traded on the Principal Market during normal trading hours on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to: (i) the VWAP Purchase Share Estimate, divided by (ii) the VWAP Purchase Share Percentage (to be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction).

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • VWAP Trading Day means a day on which (A) there is no VWAP Market Disruption Event; and (B) trading in the Common Stock generally occurs on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange on which the Common Stock is then listed or, if the Common Stock is not then listed on a U.S. national or regional securities exchange, on the principal other market on which the Common Stock is then traded. If the Common Stock is not so listed or traded, then “VWAP Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • Daily Price means, for any relevant day, the closing price on that day (or if there is no closing price the last bid price) as reported by the principal exchange or quotation system on which prices for the Common Stock are reported. On the redemption date the holders of record of redeemed Warrants shall be entitled to payment of the Redemption Price upon surrender of such redeemed Warrants to the Company at its principal office.

  • Daily means a 24 hour period commencing at 00.00 hours.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Volume Weighted Average Price means, for any security as of any date, the daily dollar volume-weighted average price for such security on the Primary Market as reported by Bloomberg through its “Historical Prices – Px Table with Average Daily Volume” functions, or, if no dollar volume-weighted average price is reported for such security by Bloomberg, the average of the highest closing bid price and the lowest closing ask price of any of the market makers for such security as reported in the "pink sheets" by Pink Sheets LLC.

  • Last Trading Day means, for a particular Contract, the last date on which that Contract may be traded on the Market.

  • Trading Cushion means the mandatory minimum fifteen (15) Trading Days between Put Dates.

  • Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the Daily Simple SOFR, plus (b) 0.10%; provided that if the Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR as so determined would be less than the Floor, such rate shall be deemed to be equal to the Floor for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Average Daily Availability means the average daily Availability for the immediately preceding Fiscal Quarter.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Daily Market Price means the price of a share of Common Stock on the relevant date, determined (a) on the basis of the last reported sale price regular way of the Common Stock as reported on the Nasdaq Stock Market's National Market (the "NNM"), or if the Common Stock is not then listed on the NNM, as reported on such national securities exchange upon which the Common Stock is listed, or (b) if there is no such reported sale on the day in question, on the basis of the average of the closing bid and asked quotations regular way as so reported, or (c) if the Common Stock is not listed on the NNM or on any national securities exchange, on the basis of the average of the high bid and low asked quotations regular way on the day in question in the over-the-counter market as reported by the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System, or if not so quoted, as reported by National Quotation Bureau, Incorporated, or a similar organization.

  • DailyRatei-LP means, for any RFR Banking Day "i" in the Cumulation Period, the Daily Rate for the RFR Banking Day which is the applicable Lookback Period prior to that RFR Banking Day "i";

  • Daily Failure Amount means the product of (x) .005 multiplied by (y) the Closing Sale Price of the Common Stock on the applicable Share Delivery Date.

  • Average Daily Flow means the cumulative total sewage flow to the sewage works during a calendar year divided by the number of days during which sewage was flowing to the sewage works that year;

  • Trading Day means a day on which the principal Trading Market is open for trading.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Monthly Average Subscriber Level means the average number of Subscribers of the Licensee in a particular month, as set forth in the applicable month’s Subscriber Report (refer Schedule D).

  • Compounded Daily SONIA means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily SONIA reference rate as reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent (or such other party responsible for the calculation of the interest rate, as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement) on the relevant Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded if necessary to the fourth decimal place, with 0.00005 per cent being rounded upwards:

  • Average Trading Price means, with respect to any period, the average of the Market Prices on the last trading day of each full or partial calendar quarter included within such period.

  • Applicable Revolver Index Margin means the per annum interest rate margin from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the Index Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).
