Daily Facility Fee definition

Daily Facility Fee means, for each day during any Availability Period in which the Borrower has exercised its rights under clause (b) of the definition of Applicable Rate, an amount equal to (a) the Facility Amount for such day (regardless of usage), multiplied by (b) a per annum percentage for such day (as determined for a three hundred sixty (360) day year) equal to the applicable percentage set forth for Facility Fees in the table set forth in clause (b) of the definition of Applicable Rate.
