Daily Parking Rates. The validated parking rates to be charged to Tenant will be: Validation Stamp: PCI will provide validation encoding machine which is the device that will be used to validate ("stamp'') parking tickets.

The validated parking rates to be charged to Tenant will be: Up to 1 hour = $ 2.50 Up to 2 hours = 5.00 Up to 2 hours 30 min = 7.00 Up to 3 hours = 9.00 Up to 3 hours 30 min = 11.00 Up to 4 hours = 13.00 Up to 4 hours 30 min = 15.00 Daily Maximum = 16.00 Monthly Parking Rate (Unreserved) = $210.00 Except for the daily maximum rate, these rates are the same as daily parking rates charged to the general public at the Facility. This incremental rates may be changed without Tenant approval. However the daily maximum rate charged to the Tenant remains the same $16.00 during the term of this agreement. The general public pays $23.00 for daily maximum.
