Daily Principal Utilization Amount definition
Daily Principal Utilization Amount means, for any Business Day, the sum of the following amounts to be withdrawn from the Series 2010-1 Principal Collection Subaccount pursuant to Section 5A.2(g) on such Business Day: (i) the amount of any Decrease to be applied to reduce the Class A Invested Amount pursuant to Section 2.5, (ii) the amount that the Issuer has elected to apply to reduce the principal amount of any Outstanding Series of Investor Notes (other than the Series 2010-1 Investor Notes) and (iii) the portion of the Loan to be made to Holdings on such Business Day pursuant to the Loan Agreement to be financed with the proceeds of the Series 2010-1 Investor Notes.
Daily Principal Utilization Amount means, for any Business Day, the sum of the following amounts to be withdrawn from the Series 1999-3 Principal Collection Subaccount pursuant to Section 5A.2(g) on such Business Day: (i) the amount of any Decrease to be applied to reduce the Series 1999-3 Invested Amount pursuant to SECTION 2.5, (ii) the amount that the Issuer has elected to apply to reduce the principal amount of any Outstanding Series of Investor Notes (other than the Series 1999-3 Investor Notes) and (iii) the portion of the purchase price for Additional Units to be allocated to the Lease SUBI Portfolio and paid for pursuant to the Transfer Agreement on such Business Day to be financed with the proceeds of the Series 1999-3 Investor Notes.
