Dangerous Animals definition
Dangerous Animals means animals which, because of their poisonous bite or sting, their size, or their propensity to viciousness or aggressiveness would constitute a hazard or threat to the safety of the citizens of Bismarck.
Dangerous Animals means Elephants, Rhinoceros, Hippopotamus, Buffalos, Lions, Leopards, Crocodiles or any animal designated as dangerous animal by the Director General by a written order.
Dangerous Animals means any animal which has the propensity to bite or attack a person or animal without provocation and the capacity to inflict serious harm on that person or animal. It shall be presumed that any animal which has injured a person or animal on two occasions without provocation is a dangerous animal.

More Definitions of Dangerous Animals
Dangerous Animals means any animal which, because of its size, disposition or other characteristics, would constitute a danger to humans, including any dog classified as a Level 3, 4, or 5 potentially dangerous dogs as defined in the Milpitas Municipal Code Chapter 210.
Dangerous Animals means any mammal, amphibian, reptile, or arachnid that, because of its size, nature, or other characteristic(s) would constitute a danger to human life or property if it escaped from secure quarters. Such animals shall include, but not be limited to, alligators, bears, boas (constrictor snakes), simians, crocodiles, felids, gavials, non-human primates, wolves, and any poisonous amphibian, reptile or arachnid. The term shall not include any domestic cats or dogs.
