Dangerous fireworks definition

Dangerous fireworks means dangerous fireworks as defined in Health and Safety Code Sections 12505 and 12561 and the relevant sections of Title 19, Code of Regulations, Subchapter 6 which are hereby incorporated by reference.

Dangerous fireworks means any fireworks specified as such in Section 12505 of the California Health and Safety Code, including any safe and sane fireworks altered in a manner such that they fall within the definition of dangerous fireworks.
