Danish Bankruptcy Act definition

Danish Bankruptcy Act means the Danish Bankruptcy Act (Consolidated Act No. 11 of 6 January 2014, as amended);
Danish Bankruptcy Act means the Danish Bankruptcy Act (Consolidated Act No. 775 of 3 May 2021, as amended or replaced from time to time) (in Danish: “konkursloven”);

  • Such claims will rank after pre-preferential claims (sections 93 and 94 of the Danish Bankruptcy Act) and preferential claims (sections 95 and 96 of the Danish Bankruptcy Act), but before unsecured claims (section 97 of the Danish Bankruptcy Act).
