DAPL Assets means, collectively, the Dakota Access Pipeline, a 1,172-mile crude oil pipeline system originating in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇/Three Forks production area of North Dakota and extending to markets in the Midwest, and all other assets owned, held, used or held for use by Dakota Access or any of its Subsidiaries in connection with the operation of the Dakota Access Pipeline.
