Data Extract definition

Data Extract means the data extracted from dental hygiene claims submitted through CDHA- ACHDnetTM, which data shall not identify the dental hygienist, the claims processor, the plan sponsor, or the client.
Data Extract means a subset of information from the Maryland medical care database or other data base maintained by the Commission based on criteria provided by an applicant.
