Data Input definition

Data Input means that upon submission of a valid financial statement by a subcontractor, Autodesk will perform financial data entry in order to complete the subcontractor profile within the TradeTapp Web Service platform. A financial statement will be deemed valid if it contains all of the following components: i) Balance Sheet and ii)
Data Input means the information collected by the Authorized Endpoints, which may include Personal Information.
