data management officers (DMO) means the officer appointed by AIPs, AIUs, and DSPs having specialised knowledge of information technology, computer systems, data science, data protection, database technologies and agriculture domain, who is responsible for monitoring the data-related activities and ensuring that the entities registered under this Framework carry out their functions in accordance with the Framework.
