Data Migration Services definition

Data Migration Services the services provided by Keyloop to assist Client to convert Client’s data, to the extent such Client data are convertible, into a format suitable for use with the Keyloop Software.
Data Migration Services means the data migration services set out in the Call-Off Contract;
Data Migration Services means those services and access necessary for the transitioning party to complete its transition, including without limitation, access to a person’s records and applicable document links.

More Definitions of Data Migration Services

Data Migration Services means the services to successively migrate data from DASNY’s existing investment management system and other data storage systems, to Vendor System.
