Data Policies definition
Data Policies means all internal and external written policies, notices and procedures of Seller regarding privacy, data security, and the storage, collection, transfer (including cross-border transfers), disclosure, use or processing of Personal Information.
Data Policies means such policies with respect to receipt, use and/or distribution of Data as Cboe or its Affiliates may adopt and make publicly available from time to time.
Data Policies means the Company’s publicly published policies, procedures and written representations concerning privacy, data protection, information security, access control, vulnerability management, incident response and security systems applicable to the Business.

Copies of all current and prior Data Policies have been made available to Parent and such copies are true, correct and complete.
