Data Policies definition

Data Policies means all internal and external written policies, notices and procedures of the Seller regarding privacy, data security, and the storage, collection, transfer (including cross-border transfers), disclosure, use or processing of Personal Information.
Data Policies means such policies with respect to receipt, use and/or distribution of Data as Cboe or its Affiliates may adopt and make publicly available from time to time.
Data Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(a).

  • Data Recipient agrees to maintain complete and accurate records relating to receipt of Market Data in accordance with the Market Data Policies and with such other Exchange requirements.

More Definitions of Data Policies

Data Policies means the Company’s publicly published policies, procedures and written representations concerning privacy, data protection, information security, access control, vulnerability management, incident response and security systems applicable to the Business.
Data Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(a).
Data Policies means the data policies of ICIS set out in Attachment 5 (Data Policies), as such data policies may be changed from time to time in accordance with such Attachment 5.

Related to Data Policies

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Privacy Policies means all published, posted and written internal policies, procedures, agreements and notices with respect to the Company’s collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data.

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • Health insurance policy means a policy that provides specified benefits for hospital and/or general treatment and meets all requirements under section 63-10 of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.
