Data Privacy Regulations definition

Data Privacy Regulations means collectively: (i) ESA PDP Framework, i.e. the Personal Data Protection Framework of ESA available on ESA website at the URL xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/About_Us/Law_at_ESA/Highlights_of_ESA_rules_and (ii) the Personal Data protection laws and regulations applicable to the Agreed Territory of Processing to the extent that these laws and regulations provide an Adequate Level of Protection under the ESA PDP Framework.
Data Privacy Regulations means respectively:
Data Privacy Regulations means EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC, the Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications 2002/58/EC and the data privacy laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which you are based, in each case, as amended supplemented or replaced from time to time including, for the avoidance of doubt, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 when it becomes applicable;
