Data Processing Terms definition

Data Processing Terms means the terms found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/saas-terms-and-conditions/ with respect to OneStream’s processing of “Personal Data” as defined in the Data Processing Terms.

• If Customer exposes Licensor to an individual's Protected Data, Licensor will process and store such information pursuant to Licensor's Information Security and Compliance Program found at xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/#security-guidelines, which includes Licensor's Data Processing Terms that apply when Licensor processes Protected Data on behalf of Customer that is subject to the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (EU/2016/679) (GDPR).

• Subject to the amendments in these Data Processing Terms, the Agreement remains in full force and effect.
