data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

• The Data User and/or the person designated by the Recipient as responsible for the receipt of the data shall be specified by the Recipient in the Application for the administration of the List of Data Users and registered by the Provider in the Provider’s Data User administration system.

• Following the signing of the Special Part of the Agreement by the Parties, the provision of data and/or services shall start only after the Recipient has submitted an initial Application for the administration of the List of Data Users, which shall identify at least one Data User and/or the person designated by the Recipient as responsible for the receipt of the data and/or services, and the Provider has added these persons to the List of Data Users.

• The inclusion of an additional Data User, a person designated by the Recipient as responsible for the receipt of the data or authorised to view the VAT invoices, the deletion of a Data User, or the correction of data in the Provider’s Data User administration system shall only be made upon receipt of the Recipient’s written Application for the administration of the List of Data Users, which shall be submitted to the Provider to the addresses set out in point 1 of the Special Part of the Agreement.

• Data shall be provided to the Recipient via the Data User designated by the Recipient in the case of interactive data provision, or by means of an authorized access request (to the Recipient’s information system using a web service) when the functionality of the Recipient’s software is ensured by the person designated by the Recipient as responsible for the receipt of the data.

• In cases where the Recipient is a natural person who processes the data itself, the Recipient shall identify itself as a Data User in the Application for the administration of the List of Data Users.
