Data Protection Acts definition

Data Protection Acts means Data Protection Act 1988, as amended by the Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2003, and as may be modified, amended, supplemented, consolidated or re- enacted from time to time;
Data Protection Acts means the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018 as may be amended
