Health and Safety Laws definition

Health and Safety Laws means all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, subordinate legislation, bye-laws, common law and other national, international, federal, European Union, state and local laws, judgments, decisions and injunctions of any court or tribunal, and codes of practice and/or guidance notes issued by any applicable government body or authority, public body, trade union, works council, or industry or regional sector authority to the extent that they relate to or apply to the health and safety of any person, including (but not limited to) any such requirements and obligations concerning Covid-19.
Health and Safety Laws means any Laws pertaining to safety and health in the workplace, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 29 U.S.C. 651 et seq. (“OSHA”), and the Toxic Substances Control Act, 15 U.S.C. 2601, et seq. (“TSCA”).
Health and Safety Laws means the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended, together with all other Applicable Laws (including rules, regulations, codes, common law, plans, injunctions, judgments, Orders, decrees, and rulings thereunder) of any Governmental Entity concerning public health and safety or employee health and safety.

  • Materials and application shall meet all Federal Health and Safety Laws currently in effect.

  • Not permit any substance, activity or Environmental Condition on, in, under or affecting the Real Property which is in violation of any Environmental Health and Safety Laws.

Health and Safety Code § 25100, et seq., the Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx Hazardous Substances Account Act, Cal. Health and Safety Code § 25300, et seq., the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (“California Proposition 65”), Cal. Health and Safety Code § 25249.5, et seq., the Xxxxxx-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, Cal. Water Code § 13000, et. seq., any amendments to the foregoing, and any similar federal, state or local laws, ordinances, rules, decrees, orders or regulations.
Health and Safety Laws means all applicable federal, provincial, municipal, and local laws, regulations, permits, licenses, approvals and orders issued by any governmental or regulatory agency relating to occupational health and safety, performance of the Locate Services including use of materials and equipment and including, without limitation, the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Ontario) R.S.O., 1990, c. O.1 and regulations thereunder;
Health and Safety Laws means all laws regulating health and safety in the workplace, including but not limited to, laws governing compensation for injuries sustained and illnesses suffered in the course and scope of an employee's employment;
Health and Safety Laws means any and all federal, state and local Laws, rules and regulations, including statutes, regulations, ordinances, codes, orders and rules, as amended, any judicial or administrative interpretation thereof, including any consent decree or judgment, relating to health and safety, including those relating to worker health and safety. Health and Safety Laws include the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended, and regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and of any similar state department or agency. Health and Safety Laws also include any permit, approval, license or other authorization required under any applicable Health and Safety Laws.
Health and Safety Laws shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.15(a).
