Data Release Application definition

Data Release Application means the written application and supporting documentation or other materials an Applicant submits to the Executive Director or the Data Release Committee in connection with a request to access Data.

  • The Executive Director may reject a Data Release Application in the event the Executive Director, in his or her sole discretion, determines that the Data Release Application is incomplete.
