Data Release Committee definition

Data Release Committee means the committee responsible for reviewing and making recommendations to the Executive Director regarding the acceptance or denial of Data Release Applications.
Data Release Committee means the committee established pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 127673.84.
Data Release Committee means the committee responsible for reviewing and acting on Data Release Applications.

Examples of Data Release Committee in a sentence

  • A majority of the Members of the Data Release Committee shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, and the vote of a majority of Members present shall be required for the Data Release Committee to take formal action.

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Research Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Retirement Committee means a committee consisting of the Company’s Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of HR Operations and the Compensation & Benefits Manager.

  • Steering Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
