Data Room definition

Data Room means the virtual data room maintained by the Liquidator, created for the Qualified Bidders to access information in relation to the Company;
Data Room means the virtual data room created and maintained by the Liquidator for Qualified Bidder(s) to conduct the due diligence and to access the information & documents in relation to the Corporate Debtor under the terms of the Confidentiality Undertaking;
Data Room has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2.

Data Room has the meaning set forth in Section 11.5.
