Data Site definition

Data Site means an electronic password protected data site maintained by the Borrower (or by the Collateral Manager on behalf of Borrower) at Xxxxxxx Corporation, Intralinks, SyndTrak Online or any other similar electronic distribution system reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Data Site means the “Project PurpleFinch” electronic data site established and maintained by Seller with IntraLinks, Inc.

Data Site has the meaning specified in Section 10.21.

Examples of Data Site in a sentence

• All documents and materials provided by Seller to Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement (including, without limitation, any and all documents and materials set forth on the Data Site), together with any copies or reproductions of such documents or materials, or any summaries, abstracts, compilations or other analyses made by or for Purchaser based on the information in such documents or materials, are referred to collectively herein as the “Submission Matters”.

• The Operating Agreements and the Leased Property Agreements contained within the Data Site as of the Effective Date constitute all of the material Operating Agreements and Leased Property Agreements as of the Effective Date and are true, correct and complete copies of all Operating Agreements and Leased Property Agreements.

• Seller shall, promptly upon request by Purchaser, make available to Purchaser on the Data Site, such additional due diligence materials which are in Seller’s possession or control relating to the Property and the operation thereof which are reasonably requested by Purchaser from time to time.

More Definitions of Data Site

Data Site means the on-line data site maintained by or on behalf of the Seller to provide information for Buyer in contemplation of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.
